        Business litigation involves a number of distinct forms of business entities, including sole proprietorships, corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies. Such litigation may include disputes between business entities and their customers involving collections of charges for goods and services and/or warranties. It also includes litigation involving ownership disputes and dissolving the business entity, covenants not to compete and litigation between employers and employees about employment termination, wages, and benefits.

        Real estate litigation involves commercial and residential real estate. Issues may include disputes over titles to real estate, sales and transfers of real estate, residential and commercial leases, restrictive covenants, and zoning and other land development disputes.
